Country Barn Loaf
Our Country Barn Loaf is made with 90% organic white flour and 10% wholemeal. Each loaf is hand crafted, shaped and left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being baked in our Rackmaster 2020 bread oven. This gives our barn loaves its characteristic texture and flavour.
