Malted Barn Loaf
Our Malted Barn Loaf is made with 70% organic light malt flour, 30% organic white flour and rolled in malt flakes. Each loaf is hand crafted, shaped and left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being baked in our Rackmaster 2020 bread oven. This gives our barn loaves its characteristic texture and flavour.
