Pain de Campagne
Pain de Campagne is our classic French Country Bread. Using a mix of 70% Organic White Wheat, 20% Wholewheat and 10% Dark Rye this versatile bread has a light, tight crumb and thin flavoursome crust which gives it a unique and moreish taste. Perfect for most occasions, it pairs well with soups, makes great sandwiches and goes wonderfully with cheeses like Brie and Stilton. 750g
Each loaf is hand crafted, shaped and left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being baked in our Rackmaster 2020 bread oven. This gives our barn loaves its characteristic texture and flavour
