Wholewheat Barn Loaf
Our Wholewheat Barn Loaf is made with 50% organic white flour, 25% organic spelt, 20% organic wholemeal, 5% organic rye and rolled in oat flakes. Each loaf is hand crafted, shaped and left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being baked in our Rackmaster 2020 bread oven. This gives our barn loaves its characteristic texture and flavour.
